That’s perfectly fine! We’ll prioritize based on what’s most important to you. Most issues can be addressed within the hour, but if you need more time, we can schedule additional sessions.
Can you help with devices other than iPads and iPhones?
Absolutely! We support all devices – Android phones and tablets, Windows computers, Macs, smart TVs, and more. Just let us know what you’re working with when you book.
Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
Not at all. Just have your device(s) ready and a list of questions or issues you’d like to address. We’ll handle the rest.
How long does the session take?
Sessions typically run for one hour, but we never rush. If you need a bit more time to feel confident, we’ll take it. We adapt to your pace.
What areas do you service, and is there a travel fee?
We currently only service Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. Travel costs vary by location but are clearly outlined when you book. We’ll always tell you the total cost upfront – no surprises.
What if I need help after the one-week support period?
We’re always here to help! While the first week is complimentary, we offer ongoing 24/7 phone support for continued peace of mind. Many of our customers become part of our extended Digital Skills Australia family.
